Spicy Grilled Prawns

Author Notes: Prawns are very popular among Malayaly communities around the world, and we have many preparations. I included this because you may like it as a spicy accompaniment with cocktails. It is equally good as a dinner accompaniment too pauljoseph

Serves 2

  • 10 pieces Prawns with tails
  • ½ teaspoons Ginger paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  1. Marinade Prawns over night with Ginger, salt, pepper, Chili powder and soy sauce. Place Prawns in frying pan and cook for 3-5 minutes until Prawns are well cooked.
