I love the Italian bitter Campari and this was an attempt to summer up the great combo of Campari and bubbles even further, —Andreadoria56

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 2 ounces Campari
  • 4 ounces Prosecco
  • 4 strawberries
  • Fresh mint
  • half a lime
Directions
  1. In a large glass add strawberry, mint and half a lime cut in smaller pieces. Muddle and get the juice from the berries mixed up well with lime and mint.
  2. Fill glass with crushed ice.
  3. Add Campari and Prosecco - or any other sparkeling white wine. Stir and garnish with mint and lime.

I love campari but only have had it in Negronis. Will have to try this one!
