Author Notes: I love the Italian bitter Campari and this was an attempt to summer up the great combo of Campari and bubbles even further, —Andreadoria56
- 2 ounces Campari
- 4 ounces Prosecco
- 4 strawberries
- Fresh mint
- half a lime
- In a large glass add strawberry, mint and half a lime cut in smaller pieces. Muddle and get the juice from the berries mixed up well with lime and mint.
- Fill glass with crushed ice.
- Add Campari and Prosecco - or any other sparkeling white wine. Stir and garnish with mint and lime.
