Author Notes: This is a very refreshing drink, and is perfect for a hot afternoon around the pool! - SLD
Serves 1
- 1/2 ounce Blue Curacao
- 1/2 ounce Amaretto
- 1/2 ounce Champagne
- 1/2 ounce Lemon Juice
- Pour the Blue Curacao, Amaretto and Lemon Juice into a champagne flute and stir well.
- Top off with the Champagne, stir lightly and serve.
