Author Notes: A glut of blueberries from a recent jam-making session inspired this ideal summer cocktail. —BrynWrites4Food
- 2 ounces vodka
- .5 ounces agave nectar or simple syrup
- 1 ounce St. Germain
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 12 fresh blueberries
- splashes club soda
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the blueberries. Add other ingredients and shake well. Strain into two ice-filled cocktail glasses (we love 400ml Kimax beakers as barware; a highball would also work). Top with club soda and garnish each glass with 2 or 3 whole blueberries.
