Author Notes: This is one of my innovative recipe.Inspired by bottle gourd halwa recipe shown in FoodFood channel of India.Mango which is favorite fruit of my family made me to try on that. —vibha jain
- 2 cups Mango pulp
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 cups sugar
- 8 pieces cashew
- Step 1:Take a pan on burner to heat in low flame.Add 2bowl mango pulp and stir well for 1min.Then add 1 cup of coconut milk,2 cups of sugar,keep stirring in low flame.
- Step 2:After 15-20 min it turn thick ,now add 5spoons of ghee.continue to stir.once it start to leave pan,then add 2 pinch of nutmeg powder.Now its ready.
- Step 3:In small pan, heat 1spoon ghee and fry cashew,almond,raisins to golden brown.Grease mold/plate with ghee and spread hot halwa on it.Decor with fried dry fruit cut in shape and keep to set in refrigerator for 20-30minutes.
