Grilled Asparagus and Prosciutto Panini

Serves 4
- 2 pieces garlic
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 6 pieces asparagus
- 1/2 cup arugula
- 4 pieces prosciutto
- 4 pieces swiss cheese
- 4 (3oz) pieces ciabatta bread
- Mince garlic
- Mix into mayonnaise
- Brush ciabatta with mayonnaise.
- Layer sandwich with cheese, meat, arugula, asparagus.
- Grill in a panini press.
- Enjoy with something filling and light like chilled strawberry soup!
