Makes 2 cups
- 1 cup roasted yellow or red peppers
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- juice of 1 lemon
- sea salt & cracked pepper
- Add all the ingredients to a food processor or blender. Blitz until smooth. Store in the refrigerator.
