- 1 Organic Vine Ripened Tomato
- 1/2 Organic Red Bell Pepper
- 1/2 cup Organic Baby Carrots
- 1/3 Lemon
- 1 cup Water
- Set up your blender, Vitamix, or Nutribullet.
- Chop the tomato, and bell pepper into fours.
- Add the tomato, bell pepper, carrots, and water to your blender.
- Squeeze the lemon juice into the mix.
- Blend and enjoy.
