Clear veggies soup

Author Notes: This is an easy and satisfying quick meal that can be eaten at any time of the day. Vegetarians friendly!juntt

Serves 1

  • 2/3 cups baby bok choy
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrot
  • 2 cups winter cabbage
  • salt, sesame oil & pepper to taste
  1. chop up bok choy, carrots and winter cabbage.
  2. place in a stewing pot and bring water to boil for 2 minutes. Turn off heat and let it sit for another 10 minutes and serve. Add sesame oil and seasonings to taste.
