Serves 5

The Shrimps

  • 1.5 pounds Shrimps
  • 1 1/2 cups of Panko
  • 1 cup Wheat Flour
  • Black Pepper
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Salt
  • Parsley Flakes
  • Dry Dill Weed
  • 2 Lemons
  • 1 Garlic Clove

The Special Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon Tabasco
  • 1/2 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • Black Pepper
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pinch of Sugar
