Thirst Quencher Salad

Serves 2
- 1 cucumber
- 2 handfuls grape tomatoes
- 1 sprig basil, fresh
- Chop cucumber into half-inch chunks. Add to large bowl.
- Add grape tomatoes.
- Coarsely chop or tear basil.
- Mix and enjoy!
