Easy & quick recipe. —idalingi

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 cup basil leaves
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons EVOO
Directions
  1. Beat eggs, add a dash of salt and sugar.
  2. Add basil leaves in beaten egg.
  3. Heat pan, add EVOO. When the pan is hot, pour the egg mixture in. Stir-fry it evenly.
  4. After a few minutes, you should smell the aroma of omelette, turn it over and let it cook for another few minutes.
  5. Remove from pan and drizzle some sesame oil before serving.

Very interesting recipe - will have to try! (Perhaps with red bell pepper per salsa belle's receipe below!)

Good recipe! I added 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper. Yum!
