Author Notes: Tomato is wonderful when picked right off vine in the field under the sun. It is juicy, warm, and sweet. During the summer season, tomato is as bountiful as watermelon to keep us kids cool through the hot summer days. We eat this tomato dish like it is a fruit. The tart and sweet combination makes it outstanding taste. - azelea
- 2 tomatoes
- some tablespoons sugar
- Peel tomato skin.
- Chop and cut into chunks.
- Add 1-2 tablespoons sugar and mix it in with tomatoes.
- Keep in refrigerator for an hour.
