Author Notes: I made this recipe with my sister. She loves football and tailgating, and I make these for her and my brother when they watch football. —adamnsvetcooking
Serves 4 to 6
- 2-3 pounds Chicken wings, trimmed and wing tips removed
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 1/2 cup Hot Sauce (your favorite brand)
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- Pepper to taste
- In a bag (gallon size) add all of the ingredients. Mix well, and marinade for couple of hours. Pre-heat oven at 425°C. Grease up a backing sheet and place the chicken wings in a single layer. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes, turning the wings half way. Towards the end turn on the oven on broil; cook the wings for few minutes. Serve right away!
