What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • one 6 ounces vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon toasted hazelnuts
Directions
  1. Place the yogurt, oats, frozen blueberries in bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Serve next morning and enjoy.
  2. COOK’S NOTES: Muesli is an uncooked oat cereal with nuts and fruits. In this overnight version, the yogurt and frozen fruit supply the liquid for the oats to absorb and the hazelnuts create the crunch. A simple breakfast option, easy to pack for work or school. Substitute your favorite yogurt and frozen fruit.
