Serves 4

  • 1 cup green peas, fresh or thawed
  • 1 large handfuls cilantro
  • 1 piece fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 avocados, pitted
  • 1 garlic clove
  • salt and pepper
  1. In a food processor, pulse green peas, ginger and garlic until evenly combined.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and pulse until desired consistency is reached. Serve with blue corn tortilla chips.
