Week And melted Gruyère The Truffle Honey Bacon Tomato , Lettuce I Used wagyu beef & lamb ciabatta Bread With Spinach Walnut Pesto , fried jalapeños & Poblano Ailoi A must try won’t be disappointed try me —Maurice Farmer

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 8 ounces Wagyu Beef marinated
  • 8 ounces Ground lamb marinated
  • 4 pieces Slice Gruyère cheese,
  • 2 handfuls Fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts or pine nuts
  • 2 pieces Poblano
  • 1/2 cup Mayo or sour cream
  • 1 1/2 pieces Large egg yolk
  • 3 pieces Fresh garlic cloves
  • 2 pieces ciabatta toasted
  • 3 pieces Jalapeños
  • 4 cups Olive oil
  • 1 piece Large tomato sliced
  • 1 handful Boston lettuce Thinly sliced
  • 4 tablespoons Celery seeds
  • 1/2 cup Kosher Salt To taste
  • 1/2 cup Fresh cracked black pepper
  • 4 pieces Sliced bacon
  • 5 drops Truffles honey
  • 1 tablespoon Cayenne pepper
Directions
  1. 1.Using a large mixing bowl add in 8oz wagyu beef & 8oz lamb marinated in brown sugar, rice wine Worcestershire, mixed all do not over wet meat everything should be about 1/2 cup add celery seed, & 2 tbl off oil. Cover with plastic place in fridge. 45 minutes to 1 hour. 2.Turn on oven to 350 using a flat sheet try add bs on bacon place in over for 20 minutes until it’s nice & crunchy set aside & drizzle the truffle honey over the bacon set aside. save the grease using the same flat sheet pan place the Poblano drizzle a little oil & salt & pepper 350 for over another 20 minutes.

Once done remove from oven remove seeds place in blender along with rest of garlic , Cayenne pepper, add in egg yolk & Mayo or sour cream seasoning with salt & pepper 2 1/2 tbl olive oil blend until it’s nice & smooth puréed. 4.Using a blender add in 1 cup of oil 1 garlic clove Parmesan cheese , spinach & walnuts seasoning with salt & pepper blend until it’s nice & thick smooth set aside .
  3. 5.Turn on grill it’s nice & hot form your patty up season with pinch salt & pepper placing them on the grill remember 5 minutes on each side add olive oil to the ciabatta buns placing them on the grill & cheese to your burgers remove once your satisfied. 6.Using med size pot turn on stove to med high heat add rest of oil slicing the jalapeños add them once hot fry for about 3 to 4 minutes Sit them on paper towel strain oil off Slice 2 slices tomatoes thinly slice lettuce. Take the buns bottom buns get spinach pesto placing burger on top next add bacon next few slices jalapeños with tomato on top. Top bun gets the aioli eat away take a picture..
