Excellent advice! Everyone should take sarah k's advice about rinsing your hands in oil after handling hot peppers. Very smart!

Nicely done, Sara k! You've had some really great advice this past week, especially the hot pepper question - have definitely filed it away and will use it next time I use hot peppers in something.
