Feast Portland—a celebration of all things creative and culinary—is back for its sixth year. From September 14-17, the Oregon city will play host to a series of events for the gastronomically inclined, with a calendar chock full of organized dinners, boozy receptions, and hands-on classes.
Find Food52 co-founders Amanda Hesser and Merrill Stubbs hosting a class on how to embellish your store bought ice creams and leave wiser. The class will pull recipes and tips from Food52 cookbooks—A New Way to Dinner and Ice Cream & Friends—and offer plenty of opportunities to taste.
