Thanks all. Btw lorigoldsby, I actually haven't done those peaches in quite a while, but reading my post now, I see that I forgot to mention dotting the fruit with butter before roasting. (Butter slipping my mind - a rare occurrence indeed ;)

How amazing to pop in here and see I’d won! I'm truly surprised. And it couldn’t be better timing – I’ve been a cold soup-making fiend this summer. (Seriously, no vegetable or fruit is safe around me.) Already dreaming of concocting new sauces, shakes, smoothies…Thanks so much!
