I was hoping to find recipes for pho and udon noodle soup on this list. I found several pho recipes in a search and will begin to test them in the coming weeks. Didn't find find anything that would help me in my quest to recreate the broth used at my favorite Japanese restaurant to create their tempora udon or mushroom udon soups. I MUST figure this out before I die.

Merrills Saag Paneer would have been perfect to add to this list!
