Science and Food in California

Exciting news out of California: UCLA is debuting their new Science and Food public lecture series, and it's a doozy. From April til June, they'll be hosting talks with celebrated chefs like Noma's Rene Redzepi, Modernist Cuisine author Nathan Myhrvold, David Chang and Peter Meehan of Momofuku and Lucky Peach, and more. With lectures like "The Exploration of Deliciousness," they're surely not to be missed.
