A Picnic-Perfect Lobster Roll

We couldn’t make it up to Maine this summer, but there’s still time to celebrate the state’s greatest export: the lobster roll. Saveur has put together a menu to do just that, adding a classic potato salad and a tangy corn relish to the summery feast.

The dishes would be great served on the patio or packed in a picnic basket – either way, everything can be made ahead of time. Because isn’t “easy breezy” what summer is really about?
