For Salads, the Future is Candy

If you're not one for sticking your hand straight into the plastic jack-o'-lantern, the possibilities are endless -- these cookies are great swallowers of leftover candy, as is ice cream, as are your kids. 

Here's a suggestion for either the adventurous, or those with piles of candy mountain-high: put your candy in a beet salad. It's true, Bon Appetit promises. Go check out the recipe for yourself.
