Bottlerocket Wine & Spirit

For the past several weeks, Bottlerocket Wine & Spirit has been providing wines for Sasha's tasting videos and individual recipe pairings -- as well as offering a 10% online discount on all still wines to food52 users. So we thought it was time to introduce them properly!

The team at Bottlerocket, which is located near Union Square in Manhattan, is not only knowledgeable, but they take a unique approach to wine. Bottlerocket stocks 365 wines at a time (one for each day of the year), and both the themed displays throughout the store and the website encourage you to choose your wine according to the type of food (including take-out) you intend to drink it with -- as well as its suitability as a gift or for a specific event, and how "green" it is.
