Quick ? - what is the difference between this and "Saba" other than a consonant. Saba I use and think is really good.

Hi paseo -- is the Saba you use made from reduced grape must? It might just be an alternate spelling.

this sapa sounds delicious! I love Nudo - their olive oils are fantastic.
