I am not sure what this question is asking, but here is my suggestion: 1/3 cup grape seed or whatever vegetable oil you have, 1 tbsp Mirin, 1 tsp white sugar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp toasted sesame oil, 1/2 tsp toasted sesame seeds (optionally, a squirt of sriracha sauce and/or juice of half a lemon and/or 1/2 tsp ginger juice). Add everything to a small bowl and mix vigorously. Spoon over greens, toss, serve salmon on top.
Maybe a miso dressing?
