The community has not started testing recipes for the most recent contest using vinegar as an ingredient. That will start on Friday. It can usually be found on the upper left hand corner of the contest page. There's often a link on the homepage too. :)

Do you mean the ones currently being tested? Well CPs candidates and selections are always under the Recipe Contests header:
