This recipe (http://www.exploratorium.edu/cooking/bread/recipe-injera.html) says that you can grind it in a clean coffee grinder or a mortar and pestle first and then make injera. Also check out some of Kristen's suggestions for using teff in this thread: http://food52.com/hotline/4973-teff
