Can Meringue cookies be baked in toaster oven?

I whipped up a meringue batter last night and it looked and tasted fabulous... my oven however is "janky" for lack of a better word. needless to say they burned on the bottom and were raw on the top. so i was curious to know if i could cook them in a toaster oven.
