Recommendation for the silicone lid collection

From ho-hum to big star! My son, sheltering in place in Brooklyn and evidently doing more cooking than usual: "The underdog Christmas present of the year award goes to the silicone lids in a variety of sizes. We use them constantly!"

Wow, that's wonderful! I find the silicone lids are perfect for covering bowls of dough that's rising; that lets me avoid using any more disposable plastic wrap than is absolutely necessary. I was just thinking this morning that I should order some more of them for covering bowls popped in the fridge overnight with leftovers for lunch, or containing fruit I've cut up for dessert, etc. So many great uses. ;o)
