How do I get a response about a return

I like the products, but I doubt I will shop on this website any more. Too difficult to get a return label.

I'm trying to get a return label and see that others have had similar problems. What have you done to finally get a label?

I too am having the hardest time getting anyone to return me an email or phone call for my package that I haven’t received. This is my fourth attempt in the past two weeks to get some help other than a generalized email. At this point I just want my money returned.

I am having the same problem. How do I get a return label from this company? I’ve been requesting one for over one week. HELP PLEASE.

I have sent numerous emails over the past week re. my return and I have not received the 2 return labels or even procedure/instructions re. How to "return an item back to Food52"...Please respond.
