I too am having the hardest time getting anyone to return me an email or phone call for my package that I haven’t received. This is my fourth attempt in the past two weeks to get some help other than a generalized email. At this point I just want my money returned.
RE. problem with a return.... I have sent numerous emails over the past week re. my return and I have not received the 2 return labels or even procedure/instructions re. How to "return an item back to Food52"...Please respond.
