How do I speak with customer service?

Several requests have been submitted for a damaged item received the beginning of December and i have not heard anything-despite the request being successfully submitted as per the FOOD52 website

I ordered the sausage in your special last month for my husband's birthday. When he opened it, it smells like bleach. Is that what it is supposed to smell like? I spent over $70.00 for a pound of sausage that he won't eat. I want to be able to use your company because it seems to have a large product of things I like. Please help. I don't have the paperwork so maybe you could find it through my name or address. Brenda McAdams- 2651 Kiansas Ave. - Bensalem, PA 19020. Thank you
