Berti Chef Knife, a Beautiful Example of Craftmanship

When one thinks of premium knives, Germany or Japan usually come to mind. I just received my first Berti knife and I couldn't be more pleased. Let me say i have a fetish for premium knives. Currently about 110 in my collection. Berti matches and exceeds many of my finer knives. Very well constructed, beefy, weighty, and sharp. Kudos to Berti. I will be purchasing additional Berti knives.

I ordered the Red Handled 9 inch Chefs Knife. Ever since I saw them on tv on the Extra Virgin cooking show, I wanted to order one. I cannot find where to leave a review on your web page. Is it burried somewhere?
