The holidays are here, and with them crisper weather—that means sweater season is officially in full swing and, depending on where you are, snow is just around the corner. The Dark ‘n Stormy® is a Bermuda icon, made with smooth Goslings Black Seal Rum, ginger beer, and a lime wedge; it's a citrusy-spiced, refreshing foil to rich dishes and easy to batch up. Speaking of batching, if you're hosting a crowd you can't go wrong with a Winter Citrus Rum Punch—a play on the Caribbean classic starring whatever in-season citrus is available to you (think: blood orange, Meyer lemon, and grapefruit) and Goslings Spirited Seas Ocean Aged Rum, a blend of premium dark rums aged at sea.

Feeling something frosty? Try a Frozen Hot Buttered Rum with Goslings Black Seal Rum. It may sound contradictory, but this twist has all the same flavor notes as the original, only it's basically a boozy, adults-only slushie that doubles as dessert.

The Goslings story begins in 1806, when James Gosling (the oldest son of William Gosling, a wines and spirits merchant) departed England with £10,000 worth of merchandise to sell in America. After almost three months on becalmed seas, their charter ran out and they landed at the nearest port: St. George’s, Bermuda. The rest is spirits history.

Enter: Rum, Apple & Walnut Sticky Toffee Pudding, a new take on a quintessential British dessert.

In this riff, dates are soaked in rich Goslings Black Seal Rum batter, adding notes of butterscotch and vanilla as the fruit is infused; apples and walnuts lend texture to the spongy cake. The pièce de résistance? A speedy toffee sauce spiked with another splash of Goslings Black Seal Rum for even more sweet spice.
