This year, the big game is in New Orleans, which, as food obsessives first (and football fans second), means we took the city's rich food history and boiled it down—literally!—into a feast fit for a crowd. From a spicy shrimp boil to beignets for days, we created a menu that brings all the flavor of The Big Easy right to your watch party—plus easy cleanup hacks to keep the good times rolling.

First of all, It's pronounced "super boil"

Our Louisiana-style shrimp boil is packed with andouille sausage, sweet corn, and red potatoes, delivering all the bold flavors of a classic Cajun feast. For easy cleanup, simply lay down some newspapers—may we recommend the sports section?—and let everyone dig in.

Mix a Sazerac for a Crowd

With this recipe, you won't miss a second of the game—or the half-time show—to bartend your own party. Grab a pitcher, and shake up this classic New Orleans cocktail instead. With just five ingredients, it comes together quickly and can chill in your freezer while you tackle other dishes.
