The design for this clever ravioli pin came about because the founder of Repast realized that there wasn't a way to make properly sized and shaped, uniform ravioli in large quantities. The pin is made in the USA from 100% American hardwoods (and Repast replants 100 trees for every tree used in production!). The pin ships pre-oiled with non-toxic mineral oil.
