Here's the story of Bespoke: a Brooklyn-based girl who traded in her New York City Metrocard for the solitude of a circa-1898 cabin at the edge of the Rocky Mountain foothills.
Once settled, marathon baking sessions ensued in the tiny kitchen and crackers unexpectedly became her favorite recipe, with multiple flavors to play with. Happily, she's opened up shop so we can all enjoy the fruits of her labor.
