Chocolate-toffee chesecake tart

Directions

1. Pre-heat oven 350 degrees Crust-Mix together 1 box finely crushed chocolate cookie wafers (no cream in middle) I bought a box that contained individual bags and used all. 4 ounces Heath candy bits 1/2 stick salted butter melted Pack crust mixture tightly on bottom of springform pan. Filling- Mix together until smooth, ricotta cheese, cream cheese,1 cup sugar, eggs and vanilla. Lightly grease sides of pan with butter and fill with the cheescake mixture. 1 Cup ricotta cheese 8 oz. cream cheese 1 Cup sugar 4 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla Bake 45 minutes - Cool on wire rack-ENJOY!
