Ricotta Toasts

Ingredients
  • 1 12" baguette
  • 12 tablespoons Ricotta, best quality available
  • 12 teaspoons Honey
  • 12 pinches Minced fresh thyme
  • 12 pinches Coarse salt
Directions
  1. Slice the baguette into 12 1" rounds
  2. Toast both sides of each round on the grill, in the broiler, or in the toaster
  3. Place 1 tbs of ricotta on each toasted round
  4. Drizzle 1 tsp of honey on top of the ricotta on each round
  5. Sprinkle ricotta & honey topped round with a pinch of thyme
  6. Sprinkle each ricotta honey & thyme topped round with a pinch of coarse salt
  7. Serve & enjoy!
