Coconut Peanut Satay Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup crunchy natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • Sriracha sauce to taste

Directions

  1. Combine the soy sauce, lemon juice, peanut butter, coconut milk, brown sugar, sriracha together in a small bowl.
