- 2 Cups thuvar Dal
- ½” Ginger
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Small green Chili
- 1 TSP Butter
- ¼ TSP Cumin
- Pinch Turmeric
- Crush together the ginger, garlic and chilli.
- Put lentils in pan with crushed spices and cover with water. Boil and cook.
- Add butter, turmeric and Cumin
- Add curry leaf If you have if not no problem.
