Author Notes: a luscious fudge from italy made of hazelnuts & milk chocolate —frogincottage
Makes: 2 cans
- First roast the hazelnuts in oven at 302°F for 10 minutes, until they got the nice color of amber wait a few minutes and peel them.
- coarsely chopp the chocolate and put it on a "bain marie" with the cacao butter to melt.
- then finely ground the nuts with icing sugar to make a paste and add the melted chocolate
