A few (okay, more than a few) years back I had the luck of working at one of our premier cigar lounges and we used to LOVE our version of the Espresso Martini.
2 shots of espresso - freshly brewed and chilled on ice(in the glass to not dilute)
1 oz. of Soli Vanil
1 oz. of Kahlua
1 oz. of Godiva Chocolate Liquor
1 oz of Amaretto Di Saronno
1 oz of Frangelico
Shake all ingredients with ice in a martini mixer and pour into a chilled (preferably frozen) martini glass that has been drizzled with chocolate sauce.
Serve with a few espresso beans floating on top. Enjoy!
