Author Notes

This cocktail uses a chocolate infused vodka which works in perfect balance with iced coffee to make an excellent sipper. The vodka is my own home creation which is incredibly simple to make. Mix in 2 tbs of best quality cocoa powder with 8 oz of vodka and you're ready to make cocktails!
Use either cognac or brandy according to your budget and preferences. Opt for simple syrup if you're not fond of brown sugar, however, don't skip the lemon peel. It doesn't appear to fit the drink, but it does a lot to enhance the "light" feeling of the cocktail.
