This comes from a 1950's parish cookbook from San Francisco. My grandparents lived off of Sloat and I believe this is a St. Stephen's cookbook.

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 packet yellow cake mix
  • 1 packet instant vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup dry white wine
  • 4 eggs
Directions
  1. Combine cake mix, pudding, nutmeg, oil and white wine.
  2. Add the eggs one at a time, beating 3 minutes after each addition.
  3. Bake in a well-greased, floured Bundt pan at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
