This is the quintessential New York Egg Cream Soda. Pour some chocolate sauce into a glass of soda water and mix then add a couple of tablespoons of milk. Make sure the soda and milk are very cold. Mix well. The proportions of milk and syrup are up to the maker of this delicious drink. —italian foodie

  • 1 shot chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons ice cold milk
  • 8 ounces soda water
