Update 2017: I made these for Christmas again, but had "lost" the recipe because I believe the photo was removed. Anyway, I tried to make them from memory and they didn't turn out so well this time because I forgot about the oil. The oil added the wonderful mouth feel. So I made another batch once I finally found my hard copy and then found the original recipe on Food 52 and they are just as wonderful as I remembered. Everyone raves about them when I make them. Thank you Couldn't Be Parve!!!

This recipe is lovely!!! I found if I heated up the raspberry puree in the microwave for 30 seconds or so it made going through the sieve really easy! I then made the truffles really small and the raspberry flavor just punches through the Chocolate and is awesome!
