I for one have to agree with this recipe owner. As a cook you have the right not to give away a recipe. That is the beauty of America. There are many famous and successful chefs that will never give away their recipe. For example: Kentucky Fried Chicken and Cheryl's Cookies (two of the oldest staples in America). For everyone that is complaining there are thousands of baklava recipes online that you can print off, I myself have tried to make several that have turned out very good.

If you don't like this recipe please do not blame me.

I even fell for buying the grocery zen app to download the recipe. You owe me 1.99.
Paula you should be ashamed of yourself. Chefs share recipes. That's how we grow creatively and how we pass on our lives through the generations. You people who won't share are killing one of the best things about cooking and family recipes. Mine are always an open book even what I currently use in my restaurant.

Thinks its kinda ridiculous that you post this on a recipe site when you refuse to disclose the recipe.... just saying

I agree Julianne. A shameless attempt to self-promote and sell her wares. This community embraces reprocity. Can you say "back-fire?"

I am so sorry guys, I am a college student majoring in marketing helping out Paula, I saw some people on here who just listed their products and kind of jumped to conclusions by just posting her baklava without fully understanding the concept of this site. I didn't mean for this to bring anger among anyone. I'll try to figure out how to delete this from the site so you can enjoy viewing recipes again!

What nuts are used in your baklava? It looks great, if you order it what kind of packaging does it come with?

I make my baklava different than everyone else, it is a family recipe that I do not disclose. Please let me know if you are interested in getting any for yourself. You can find more information on my Facebook page: www.facebook.com/paulasbaklava

This baklava is beautiful, I bet it tastes even better than it looks. Most baklava looks dry and dull. This baklava looks extremely moist and mouth watering! Paula's Baklava is the best baklava!
