I love Lambic. It's a naturally-fermented Belgian beer. You can find it at Trader Joe's here in CT. And I also love Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur and thought the two would make a nice match. They do! —mrslarkin

Ingredients
  • ice
  • 2 ounces Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur
  • 1 wedge lime
  • 1 bottle Raspberry Lambic (you'll have leftover to make extras)
Directions
  1. Fill a large wine glass with ice half way.
  2. Pour in Ginger Liqueur. Squeeze in lime juice and toss wedge in glass.
  3. Top off with Lambic. Stir once.
  4. Cin cin!

Your best bet will probably be a liquor store that carries a fair amount of liqueurs.

I'll add my "yum" to the mix! If I was sitting by a pool today, this drink is what I'd want. And if you dropped a scoop of vanilla ice cream in there, you'd have a divine dessert! : )
